Working Student in Graphic Design (f/m/d)

Are you creative and have a good sense for design and digital aesthetics? Then let’s unlock the full potential of our online presence together. As a working student in graphic design, you will support our design and marketing team with the visual creation of website layouts, compelling graphics, and social media assets. Your visual concepts will not only align with our brand but also showcase our software solutions in the best possible way.

Your tasks at a glance:

• Designing digital graphics for web, social media, and presentations
• Supporting the visual development of our brand and design system
• Creating layouts for landing pages, microsites, or UI elements (e.g., icons, illustrations)
• Adapting and evolving existing designs for various formats and channels
• Collaborating closely with the marketing, product, and design teams
• Maintaining and organizing design assets, templates, and style guides

• You are a student in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Confident handling of common design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Canva)
• Good sense of layout, typography, color, and digital aesthetics
• Initial practical experience in designing digital media (e.g., through projects, internships, or freelance work)
• Independent, structured way of working and high creativity
• Team player, open to feedback, and interested in user-centered design

Our office is a beautiful historic city villa in the heart of Potsdam. Our 20-person team has plenty of space to get creative, exchange ideas, or simply have fun together.

To take a break from the desk, we regularly organize team events—whether it’s a barbecue, movie night, or outdoor activities like a rafting trip on the picturesque Havel River.

As a working student, you also have the opportunity to write your thesis with us. We have already mentored several students and are happy to support you in choosing and developing your Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis. And of course, if you’re interested, there’s always the possibility of a full-time position after graduation.
