What We Offer:

With us, you’re not just a working student but a fully valued team member! We place great importance on fostering a collaborative and respectful environment where everyone can thrive and contribute their best.

Our office is a beautiful historic villa in the heart of Potsdam. Here, our 20-person team has plenty of space to get creative, exchange ideas, or just have fun together.

To break away from the desk, we host regular team events like barbecues, movie nights, or outdoor activities, such as a relaxing raft trip on the idyllic Havel.

As a working student, you’ll also have the opportunity to write your thesis with us. We’ve guided several students through their Bachelor’s or Master’s theses and are happy to support you in finding and developing your topic. Of course, a full-time position will be waiting for you after graduation.

Thanks to the close mentorship we provide, we’ve already welcomed many talented team members, and we can’t wait for you to join us too!
